Riku (Korean: 리쿠, Japanese: リク) is a trainee contestant in the upcoming NCT Universe : LASTART survival show. He competed to debut in NCT WISH.

Early Life

Riku was born on June 28, 2003 in Fukui, Japan. He has two older sisters whom one of them is a role model to him. He is also the cousin of Takahashi Ai. In September 2021, he was a personality for Aimmx, a cosmetic brand owned by his cousin.

Riku passed the KWANGYA 2022 SM Entertainment Audition and trained for about a year.

NCT Universe : LASTART

On July 10, Riku was revealed as a contestant alongside Ryo. In the first mission Riku placed 1^st place. In the second mission Riku moved down to 2^nd place. In the third mission Riku stayed in second place. In the fourth and final mission Riku moved back up to 1^st place making him a member of NCT and NCT WISH.
